Kinda happy with losing a pound, I was actually aiming to just stay the same so that’s good c: I actually went up to 137 lbs at one point but I just went mad with the running for the last couple of weeks. I need to stop doing that though, like doing really crap for the first half of the month and then doing really well for the second half. I’d rather just do well for the whole month, but oh well. My aim for this month is to not do what I did this month. I also want to run a little more (:

Okay so although I’m trying to gain weight at the moment, 4 lbs is a bit too much.to be putting on in such a short amount of time. I’m aiming for more like 1-2 lbs per month. But yeah, my birthday was 2 weeks ago. I ate and drank a lot for 4 days in total around my birthday, which sucks. This is the first month that I’ve actually stuck to all my exercise and stuff though, so I’m happy about that. I also need to start writing down my calories again… I kinda stopped around my Birthday because I felt as though I’d messed up too much :l
Anyways, the aim for this month is to remain at 131 lbs. Whilst sticking to my exercise, and no drink! Wish me luck (:

Wow, I am so happy at the moment haha. I was expecting to lose quite a bit though because I’ve been running most days of the week, it just seems amazing, even though I put on over 2 pound last week, I’m glad I managed to lose it and didn’t do what I usually do and get upset over it and eat more :c
I’m aiming to stay at around 131 over Christmas, I don’t know if I’ll weigh myself next week because I know for sure that I’ll only put it all back on, and more, and I’d rather not know how much I put on :3

Wow, I am so happy at the moment haha. I was expecting to lose quite a bit though because I’ve been running most days of the week, it just seems amazing, even though I put on over 2 pound last week, I’m glad I managed to lose it and didn’t do what I usually do and get upset over it and eat more :c

I’m aiming to stay at around 131 over Christmas, I don’t know if I’ll weigh myself next week because I know for sure that I’ll only put it all back on, and more, and I’d rather not know how much I put on :3

I haven’t done one of these in ages, and I’ve been stuck at 9 stone 9 for a month or so, I’d go between 9 12 and 9 9, and it was pissing me off, but this week I ate like nothing and managed to get past 9.9, and to lose almost 3 pound to was good (: Also I normally do this on a Monday and today is obviously Tuesday but oh well. Aiming to get to 131 lbs by next week, doing well so far :)
