Okay so although I’m trying to gain weight at the moment, 4 lbs is a bit too much.to be putting on in such a short amount of time. I’m aiming for more like 1-2 lbs per month. But yeah, my birthday was 2 weeks ago. I ate and drank a lot for 4 days in total around my birthday, which sucks. This is the first month that I’ve actually stuck to all my exercise and stuff though, so I’m happy about that. I also need to start writing down my calories again… I kinda stopped around my Birthday because I felt as though I’d messed up too much :l
Anyways, the aim for this month is to remain at 131 lbs. Whilst sticking to my exercise, and no drink! Wish me luck (:

Okay so on Thursday night I decided to drink, and then I did the same on Friday and Saturday because I’d already messed up so I thought why not. Then yesterday (Sunday) I just ate pure crap and now I feel like poo poo :c I’ve gained 5 lbs in 4 days somehow, lol. But I guess if I just drink like 10 litres of water per day for a week then I’ll lose most of that
