Kinda happy with losing a pound, I was actually aiming to just stay the same so that’s good c: I actually went up to 137 lbs at one point but I just went mad with the running for the last couple of weeks. I need to stop doing that though, like doing really crap for the first half of the month and then doing really well for the second half. I’d rather just do well for the whole month, but oh well. My aim for this month is to not do what I did this month. I also want to run a little more (:

Wheetabix - 200 calories

Potato - 200 calories

Yorkshire puddings - 200 calories

Broccoli/ cauliflower - 50 calories

Pees/ green beans - 80 calories

Carrots - 15 calories

Pork - - 100 calories

Bread - 200 calories

Beans - 100 calories

Merangue & fruit - 100 calories

Milk - 200 calories

Total ~ 1445 calories

Okay so although I’m trying to gain weight at the moment, 4 lbs is a bit too much.to be putting on in such a short amount of time. I’m aiming for more like 1-2 lbs per month. But yeah, my birthday was 2 weeks ago. I ate and drank a lot for 4 days in total around my birthday, which sucks. This is the first month that I’ve actually stuck to all my exercise and stuff though, so I’m happy about that. I also need to start writing down my calories again… I kinda stopped around my Birthday because I felt as though I’d messed up too much :l
Anyways, the aim for this month is to remain at 131 lbs. Whilst sticking to my exercise, and no drink! Wish me luck (:

Crap

Okay so on Thursday night I decided to drink, and then I did the same on Friday and Saturday because I’d already messed up so I thought why not. Then yesterday (Sunday) I just ate pure crap and now I feel like poo poo :c I’ve gained 5 lbs in 4 days somehow, lol. But I guess if I just drink like 10 litres of water per day for a week then I’ll lose most of that
